Visited Dr. Alok Sharma (Neurosurgeon)
My experience of getting an appointment here has been daunting. I still don’t have an appointment. The number given says you will get a call from the reception. The reception doesn’t call back. So, I tried calling again to check. Then the reception answers and says some Dr will call. The junior Dr calls and asks why I called. When told that I want an appointment, the Dr says the reception will call back. And it’s been almost a week since I’m trying to get an appointment at this stage. Then the reception calls and tells me they don’t have an appointment for an entire month and the next months appointment is waitlisted! They don’t have clarity. The doctor must be good. But I’m yet to get an appointment! All while worrying about my father’s health!
